Early math should be clear, structured, and sequential. I build strong number sense through memorization, repetition, and mastery of foundational skills, guiding children from basic counting to operations with fluency and accuracy.
Students learn math facts, patterns, and procedures until they become automatic. When the foundations are solid, problem solving stops feeling overwhelming and starts feeling possible.
One-on-One
Math anxiety usually comes from gaps in the foundations. I find those gaps, fill them with structured practice, and give your child the wins they need to believe they're capable.
Lessons complement whatever math curriculum you're already using at home.
